The pricing settings allow you to create rates based on different language pairs relevant to your business organization. These can be assigned on a general basis, or client specific for a more personalized touch.

First, move your mouse over the Administration menu, then click on Pricing.

Source/Target Locale: You can assign rates for individual locales, or select ‘Any Locale’ to apply them to all locales for the desired workflow step.

Domain: You can create domain specific rates by typing a domain here. (Optional)

Workflow Step: Prices for this row will be applied to the workflow step that you select here. For example, if you’re setting your translation rate, select translation here.

Unit: This field assigns how this workflow step will be charged. For example, if your translation rates are $0.xx per word, you would select the Word option here.

Currency: Select which currency you’d like to use for this workflow step.

Price: Here you will assign the price you charge per unit for this workflow step. For example, if your translation rate is $0.xx, you would enter 0.xx here.

TM Rate Specifications

When a workflow step is marked as “Step price modified by TM percentages” (see Workflow Settings), the percentages defined in this section will be applied to the cost of each unit for that workflow step.

For example, if “TM 95% Match” was set to 30.0%, then all text matches between 95% and 99% would only be (billed to the client / paid to the vendor) at 30% their normal rate. Also, if “Repetitions” were set to 0.0%, all repetitions would not be paid to the vendor and not charged to the client.

Pricing Structures

Once you’ve completed these steps, click the Submit button to save your changes. Now your copy of Fluency Flow is set up according to your business organization’s needs.
